Ingot furnaces and PECVD systems run on machined graphite. [EN]
Every monocrystalline or polycrystalline ingot is grown inside a graphite heart: the furnace's thermal field — heaters, insulating sleeves, crucible supports — is graphite, and so are the boats that carry wafers through PECVD coating. We machine these parts to drawing, in grades that survive weeks at 1,400 °C. [EN]
