Every machined part is measured against your drawing; we keep a dimensional report per order and can supply first-article inspection reports.
Material certificates
Each batch ships with material certificates: density, grain size, ash content, and purification level where applicable.
Traceability
Lot-level traceability from graphite block to finished, packaged part.
How we work with you
Specify
Drawing + duty description. We propose the grade and machining route; unclear details are resolved before quoting.
First article
For new parts we recommend a first-article round: you approve geometry and finish before series.
Series & stocking
Repeat orders run against the released drawing. Ask about safety-stock or call-off agreements for wear parts.
