We work from your drawing, sketch or sample. Everything below is machined from isostatically pressed fine-grain graphite, in the grade your duty demands.
Thermal field parts
Heaters, heating elements, DS blocks, side and base plates, crucibles and sleeves for furnace builds and rebuilds.
Process carriers
PECVD boats, saggars, trays and carriers that move product through coating and heat-treatment processes.
Molds and dies
Casting dies and inserts, sintering molds, hot-forming tools for glass and 3D hot-bending, EDM electrodes.
Custom components
Chucks, nozzles, liners, fixtures — any geometry that can be milled, turned, drilled or ground in graphite.
Materials
Isostatically pressed fine-grain graphite in standard and high-purity grades; isotropic and anisotropic options. Not offered: raw blocks, cylinders and electrodes without machining — we deliver finished parts.
Machining scope
CNC 3- and 5-axis milling, turning, drilling, grinding and threading; tolerances to ±0.01 mm on precision components; surface treatment, purification (to ≤ 5 ppm ash) and protective coatings available.
