Frequently asked questions
Which graphite grades do you machine?
We machine isostatically pressed fine-grain graphite in standard and high-purity grades. For semiconductor, fiber-optic and photovoltaic duty we purify to ≤ 5 ppm ash and certify each batch.
What tolerances can you hold?
On precision components we machine to ±0.01 mm using 3- and 5-axis CNC milling, turning, drilling and grinding — every part is measured against your drawing and ships with a dimensional report.
How fast do I get a quotation and delivery?
Send your drawing (STEP, DXF or PDF) and we reply with a grade recommendation and a quotation, normally within 48 hours. Delivery is DDP to your dock anywhere in Europe, by air or sea freight.
Do you sell raw graphite blocks or electrodes?
No. We deliver finished, ready-to-install machined parts — molds, heaters, boats, crucibles and custom components. Material selection, machining, purification and coatings come from one partner under one purchase order.
