High-temperature purification
Ash content reduced to ≤ 5 ppm for semiconductor, fiber-optic and PV duty — certificate per batch.
Coatings & surface treatment
Silicon carbide and pyrolytic carbon coatings, anti-oxidation treatment and impregnations for extended service life.
